Where approriate, the link is to a blog post about the visit, which will then contain a link to the pix.Quite often nowadays I scan picture descriptions and add them to the photo as captions. This only works within GPhotos, and doesn't get uploaded to Flickr, due to Google being annoying like that. For example, from NPG, the one I've inlined of the young woman is captioned in the GPhoto version.
